How is the menu made
All of our plates offered in our menu are elaborated at the time requested. Reason for that, your waiting time, from the moment you request it to the moment we bring it to you, should be the most reasonable one to be prepared correctly. (Rice should take a minimum of 25 minutes).

Customize your menu 
Dear guest, you can always replace first and second courses by paying a supplement to the price in the original menu from 4 euros in first courses to 6 euros in second courses, taxes included. First courses can be replaced by any other underlined starter.
